Lyceum Gateway is a mixed-use residential and retail building on the iconic town square at Seaside, Florida, linking  two of the town's most important public spaces. The program includes 10,000 sq. ft. of retail space and ten luxurious condominiums ranging in size from 1,700 to 3,000 sq. ft.
