Zygmunt Arendt House is 47 small units for formerly homeless seniors in San Francisco's carefully restored Western Addition. The building is much larger than its neighbors, but inserts its program discreetly into its gentrified Victorian context. Common spaces, a garden, and roof deck provide therapeutic on-site activities for residents.
