This 2,000 square foot house for Daniel Solomon and Shirley Sun was designed as a private retreat within a busy city neighborhood. The facade is a modernist interpretation of a typical 1920s San Francisco builder's special, with a bowed front and plenty of windows. The inside is organized around aloft-like living room, which overlooks the double height entry and has the kitchen placed within it as a semi-freestanding object.
Location: San Francisco

Executed as WRT/Solomon E.T.C.
